Our workshop features a fully equipped precast facility with a production capacity of up to 6 tons per day. We offer a wide selection of refractory casting materials rated up to 1600°C, supported by in-house mold fabrication and a dedicated dry-out area.

The facility includes one induction furnace (up to 1200°C) and one gas-fired furnace (up to 1400°C) with a 3-ton capacity, enabling precise and efficient curing.

Our key precast products include burner tiles, door lintels, flue wall top blocks and components, floor tiles, precast furnace lining sections, launders, ladles, and crucibles.

Description:

This insulation method is ideal for furnaces operating at temperatures between 500°C and 1100°C (930°F to 2010°F). We offer various module types, categorized based on their length and application.

Macro-Module Insulation
Macro-modules are large, joint-free monolithic insulation blocks, custom-manufactured to the required dimensions. They are designed for insulating furnace walls, roofs, and doors in environments with operating temperatures above 1100°C (2010°F).

Stack Bond System
The Stack Bond system uses multiple layers of fiber blankets, precisely cut for easy installation. This method is specifically developed for sealing furnace doors and wall perimeters, ensuring efficient thermal performance.
